Free Caregiver Support and Education

Are you a family member, partner, or friend of someone with mental health issues? You are not alone. NAMI Davidson Co. has free, drop-in support groups. Come to a safe place, free of judgement and stigma.

With Hope in Mind (WHIM) is the name of NAMI Davidson’s peerled support groups for loved ones of adults with severe and persistent mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Our groups are led by trained volunteers who have experienced the need for support themselves and have transformed their needs into advocacy for others. Participants find understanding, support, resources and encouragement for their own healthy self-care.
