Free Caregiver Support and Education

With Hope in Mind (WHIM) is the name of NAMI Davidson’s peerled support groups for loved ones of adults with severe and persistent mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Both are led by trained volunteers who have experienced the need for support themselves and have transformed their needs into advocacy for others. Participants learn they are not alone in their efforts to cope, understand and find resources for their loved ones and are encouraged to practice healthy self-care for themselves.
