BRIDGES support groups are free, peer-led and confidential. People channel in through the first break psychosis program at Vanderbilt, through private practitioners , community referrals and networking.

NAMI Davidson BRIDGES support group meetings provide a structured way for individuals to work with one another to strengthen coping skills and deal with the realities of living with a severe and persistent mental health issue or co-occurring disorder.They area safe place to talk.

BRIDGES support groups are free, peer-led and drop-in.
